1. Overview

The Rockwell AI Mastery Programme is a digital product and is non-refundable by default. Refunds are only issued under specific performance criteria.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• All modules must be completed in full.
• At least 3 support interactions must be demonstrated.
• All assets must be removed or deleted if used.
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind
• Lack of use or implementation
• No support contact
